Ins: Some of you may be wondering what BI stands for?

Ins: This means Billet Information.
Ins: This session will allow us to help you understand the basics of a Billet and how to join one.
Ins: Do you know what a billet is?
[Wait for replies then answer with the following statement]
Ins: A billet/Corps/Regiment is a secondary job within the HQ that has certain jobs attached to it.
Ins: Billets are recommended for people of SSgt rank + who will need to look into applying for one.
Ins: Can anyone give me an example of a billet?
[Give feedback on the Billet positions the people give]
Ins: The following examples are not considered as a billet
Ins: For instance - Lieutenant Colonel - LtC
Ins: This is an abbreviation of a rank, though similar it is not a billet.
Ins: One type of billet here in the USAF is called RMP.
Ins: MP stands for Military Police.
Ins: Do any of you know how you may go about joining a billet?
[Wait for replies on the question you gave]
Ins: To join a billet that interests you, you need to have joined the forums
Ins: On the forums look under the certain billet you wish to join.
Ins: Read the information of that billet and then apply to join the billet.
Ins: To apply, you’ll need to copy and paste the application form into a mail
Ins: This mail will need to be sent to the Director of the billet.
Ins: After this session, I expect all of you to understand what a billet is
Ins: After this session has been conducted, add {BI} to the end of your motto
